The momentous Gold Coast Car Show is all set to take over the Mudgeeraba Showgrounds this winter. One of the biggest events on the Queensland calendar, the Gold Coast Car Show offers one of the most exciting car displays in all of Australia, providing two days of live entertainment, good food, and some of the country’s most eye-catching vehicles, including vintage classics, luxury cars, retro caravans, souped-up hot rods, trucks, bikes, and more. Make sure not to miss it this 2018, which will take place once again over two unmissable days and comprise of both the Rockabilly Retro Car and Caravan Show and the Inspirations Paint Gold Coast Car Show.
Rockabilly Retro Car and Caravan Show - August 25, 11am to 7pm
The first part of the 2018 Gold Coast Car Show will take place on a Saturday, and feature a fantastic display of retro motors and trendy caravans. This stunning display will feature old-school Volkswagen Beetles and Kombis, panels vans, hot rods, and all things classic. For those with a penchant for vintage cars, this day out is not to be missed! Entertainment on the first day will include the Ashleigh Dance School, Little Stevie & The Tail Fins, Hyfidelity Dance, R&R Dance Off Comp, Monster Trucks Air Time, The Jive Cats. Make sure to stick around for the evening, which will set the sky alight with Fireworks Spectacular!
Inspirations Paint Gold Coast Car Show - August 26, 6am to 3pm
On Sunday’s Inspirations Paint Gold Coast Car Show, the events will continue with 4x4 Displays and the Proclaimer Tuff Truck, as well as show cars, bikes, and trucks to see at their own individual arenas. Follow the Fox will provide the entertainment on Centre Stage, with the day’s events concluding with the truck, bike, and car trophy presentations. Don’t miss the chance to see who will take home the trophies!
Throughout the two-day Gold Coast Car Show, enjoy a wide array of auto stalls, merchandise stalls, and lots of great food at the International Food Court. There will also be plenty of rides to enjoy for the kids, and a number of competitions to get involved in!
