Terms & Conditions of Booking at Cannes Court

An 11% deposit will be taken by eTourism Holidays (the agent) to secure the booking. A further $100 will be taken seperately by Cannes Court (the property) at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be taken on arrival.
***Please note 11% deposit is not refundable.***

Cancellations, payments & Refunds

* No refunds will be given for early departure.
* Please note that it is an offense to leave without paying your account in full.
*Any breakages must be paid for upon checkout or will be charged to your credit card

* Administration Fee of $55 will apply 10 days after date of confirmation
* Administration Fee of $220 will apply when less than 30 days notice prior to arrival date.
* Administration Fee of $440 will apply when less than 7 days notice prior to arrival date.
* Administration Fee of $660 will apply when less than 36 hours notice prior to arrival date.
