Chasing the Whale, an innovative award-winning comedy from Matthew Ryan, the writer of boy girl wall, is set to make a splash at The Arts Centre Gold Coast. Soap Box Theatre Productions proudly presents Chasing the Whale.
Jerry Daniels is falling apart. Reeling from the death of his beloved boss and mentor, Jerry is thrust into a competition for the big promotion as the head of a major advertising company. All his dreams come true but as the high-flying Jerry competes for the top job, strange things begin to happen. Office desks are chasing him, self-help tapes are talking to him, and umbrellas are raining from the sky. Haunted by his own ad campaigns, Jerry struggles to keep his perfect world together.
